* The Wellness Event receives more applications than it can accept, and we see great value in having a wide variety of vendors, which limits competition. We feel this makes it a well rounded event for customers and vendors alike. We have found that having two, but no more than three vendors representing a modality of wellness, product or service helps to keep this balance.
If you would like to be the exclusive representative of the company you represent, the fee is 1.5 x the regular fee.
If you could like to be exclusive in your modality of wellness, the fee is 3x the regular booth fee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 45 or more days prior to the event and receive a full refund. If you cancel 44-30 days prior to the event, you will receive 75% refund or can rollover to the next event. If you cancel with less than 30 days you will forfeit your payment and the opportunity to rollover to the next event without repaying the fees.
